Where has this been when I’m tryna get a job #sprout #career #recruitment #internship #sproutcreatorchallenge
Transcript
Four months on LinkedIn and this is what you tell me now? I am going to give you all of the websites my friends and I use to land six-figure jobs and no, you do not need LinkedIn or Indeed. All you need to understand is the concept of leverage. So here are three websites you can use and my personal favorite is the second one. The first website is Google Careers. Literally just search for a role and Google will pull out all of the listings from all over the internet. You can even filter by location, salary and even remote areas. The second website is Sprout. You just upload your resume. Every time you click to apply, the AI just applies for you on the company's website. It is that simple. Every application has a customized cover letter and resume. Wait, wait, wait. So you're telling me I can send my resumes just by swiping like this?

Transplant note
The 'three sites nobody told you about' list structure transplants cleanly and Google Careers works in AU. What breaks: 'six-figure jobs' is a US salary framing and would need AUD bands ($70k–$160k), and Indeed/Seek are the AU defaults, so the 'you don't need LinkedIn or Indeed' inversion should name Seek. The auto-apply tool is US-skewed and its value claim is unverified.
Brand fit note
Off-business: Job application tools and job board strategy. Ark does not cover job listings, apply-here content, or passive job-search mechanics. This is the opposite of the referral/outreach engine Ark builds.
