Second, it breaks 'rhetorical question, immediate answer — never leave a question hanging for effect'; the entire video is a hanging question. Rebuild as: same scenario question, answered in the next breath with a real mechanism (what an Australian hiring manager is actually testing — escalation timing, not debugging skill), plus at least one number.
