See, I'm about to share with you a strategy that will literally change how you apply for jobs. You want to save this video so that you can easily find it. This secret is something I should literally be sharing with only my students. But because we don't get skip here, I'm going to teach you for free. Get your pen and paper. We're in a classroom. So this term is called search operator. It is literally telling Google exactly where you want it to search. So I'm going to be showing you three and how to use them. Number one, all you have to do is go to Google and type these words that you can see on my screen. That site that is on it, tell Google to only show you jobs that are on that platform. You can swap to your own job like customer service, social media, project management. Number two, switch the platform and run it again. Try using this instead. Multiple scrolling on LinkedIn would never see. Number three, and this is the one most people are sleeping on. For this, all you have to do is to put a quote around the exact phrase and this will block all the noises. This is a sample that you can use. Again, swap it to the job that you're looking for. Ensure that you don't omit the minus sign because it removes any job that is coming from LinkedIn and you're seeing exactly what has been posted by the company.
