Transplant note
The hook shape β absolute one-line claim about a thing candidates think is cosmetic β transplants fine and nothing here is US-specific. But the transcript contains no mechanism at all, so there is nothing to rebuild except the opening. For an Australian internationally-trained reader the obvious build is the words that get overseas experience discounted: 'we' versus 'I', 'helped with' versus 'owned', translating a foreign job title into the Australian equivalent, and answering the 'no local experience' line without apologising.
Brand fit note
The opening line is the right register β short, declarative, no preamble, no hedge β and 'bold statement' is a legitimate Ark opening. Everything after it fails the checks: no mechanism, zero numbers, and 'Be thoughtful and present like a boss' is exactly the sentence that would survive being said by a LinkedIn career coach, which the voice doc says to rewrite on sight. 'Present like a boss' is also mild guru-speak the brand avoids. Usable only if the claim is followed by a real subdivision β which specific words, which specific swap, what the interviewer hears differently β plus one verified number.
