I will always be a girls’ girl. 🤍 Spending this week surrounded by incredible women entrepreneurs reminded me just how important it is to be intentional about who you surround yourself with. There is something powerful about being in a room full of women with an abundance mindset—women who don’t believe someone else’s success takes away from their own. Women who share the opportunity. Make the introduction. Cheer loudly when you win. Give the advice. Open the door. And genuinely want to see you succeed just as much as they want success for themselves. Because the right women don’t compete with you—they remind you there is room for all of us. Find the women who inspire you to dream bigger, celebrate you when you do, and believe that when one woman rises, we can all rise together.
