Where was this when I was looking for a job?? #sprout #jobsearch #internship #career #sproutcreatorchallenge
Transcript
I've been living under a rock this entire time. Take a look at this. I'm gonna give you every website that me and my friends use to land six-figure jobs, and no, you don't need to use LinkedIn and you definitely don't need to use Indeed. You just need to understand the concept of leverage. So here are three websites that you can use. Personally, I love the second one. First website is Google Careers. Literally just search for a role and Google will pull out all of these listings from all over the internet. You can filter by location, salary, and even remote ones. The second website is Sprout. You just upload your resume and look for jobs, and then every time you click apply, the AI just applies for you on the company website. Every application has a customized cover letter and resume. The third website is Handshake. You mean I can send out my resumes just by doing this?

Transplant note
The 'you don't need LinkedIn or Indeed, here are three others' shape transplants well and is genuinely contrarian for an AU audience where Seek is the default. But 'six-figure jobs' is a US salary frame that has to be restated in AUD bands, Handshake has no Australian equivalent, and Sprout is a US auto-apply tool. Google Careers search works in AU unchanged.
Brand fit note
Off-business: Job search sites and where jobs are found. This is job-board and job-search platform strategy, not Ark's domain. Ark focuses on direct outreach and referral, not platform rankings.
