I’m not saying you should give up all together, but usually after they interview someone they like, they say something like “we’ll reach out soon about next steps” or “can you please send your references by the end of the day”. #interview #jobsearch #career

Narrative structure
cold open line -> caption decodes the tell -> what a real 'yes' sounds like
AU transplant
yes
Transplant note
The structure carries fully: a single dramatised beat plus a decoded recruiter phrase. Nothing country-specific in the transcript or caption; 'we'll reach out about next steps' and reference requests are identical language in Australian hiring. Would need Australian-specific tells added (e.g. asking for referee details before you leave the room, HR calling to confirm notice period) and a number to anchor it.
Brand fit note
Structure is fine and it does open cold, but the substance is exactly what the voice doc warns against: 'Could a generic career coach have written any sentence in it?' — reading tea leaves in recruiter phrasing is standard careers-page filler. There is no mechanism (what you actually do differently), zero numbers (fails the 'cost accounting' check and the 'at least one number' pre-ship check), and the caption's 'I'm not saying you should give up' is a hedge the voice deletes on sight. Rebuild as contrarian inversion with a mechanism: 'You think silence means they're deciding. They decided in the room. Here's the line that changes the room.'
