ELECTRICIANS: YOUR BIGGEST PAY RISE MIGHT COME FROM LEAVING “ELECTRICIAN” JOBS. Take a look at the construction industry and see that you can potentially fit your transferrable skills into roles that pay big amounts #electrician #trade #career
Transcript
Australian electricians have a median income of around 2190 per week. Now that's pretty good money. But look one level higher, construction managers are earning around 3,750 per week. So that works out to be almost 195,000 per year. Now here's what I want electricians to understand. You already know work sites, you already know safety drawings, contractors, false programs, contractors, faults, programs, jobs going wrong. The next question isn't always how do I become a better electrician? It might be how do I turn my technical experience into the responsibility for the whole job? You need to understand that's where another salary is gonna open up. So as an electrician, if you're looking to do a big salary job, then this is the fastest way. And remember, if you're a guy or a girl and you wanna significantly increase your bank account within the next 12 months, follow me and I'll show you how.

AU transplant
yes
Transplant note
Already Australian and already uses Australian weekly-income framing and AUD figures ($2,190/wk vs $3,750/wk, ~$195k/yr), so nothing country-specific needs stripping. The structure — name the current median, name the median one level up, then list the skills the viewer already has that the higher role pays for — rebuilds directly for internationally-trained professionals: e.g. offshore accountant median vs Australian finance-business-partner median, with 'you already know reconciliations, month-end, audit prep' as the transferable stack.
Brand fit note
Off-business: Trade-to-construction-management pathway. Not relevant to internationally-trained corporate-track candidate. Different career ladder.
