The problem might not be your resume. It might be your job-search strategy. If you’re applying consistently but barely getting interview calls, look at these 4 things: → Are you targeting the right roles? Applying to everything makes your search scattered. → Are you prioritising the right companies? Don’t depend only on whatever appears on your job portal feed. → Are you applying strategically? Not every job needs the same resume, positioning or approach. → Are you diagnosing what’s not working? If 30- 40 applications aren’t translating into calls, don’t just send 50 more. Find the bottleneck. A strategic job seeker doesn’t necessarily apply to more jobs. They make better decisions about where, why and how they apply. If your job search feels stuck, this is exactly what I’m breaking down in my 90-minute LIVE Job Search Strategy Workshop on September 6 | Sunday. 💬 Comment “WEBINAR” and I’ll send you the details. Save this before your next job-search session. [Job Search Webinar, Average Job Seeker vs Strategic Job Seeker, Best Career Coach, September Surge, Peak Hiring Season]
