I used Claude to help me get 4 job offers in less than 6 weeks of interviewing. Not by asking it to “give me interview answers.” I used it to understand one distinction that changed how I interviewed: Performing vs. proving. Performing sounds like: “I’m an excellent project manager with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.” It sounds good. It proves absolutely nothing. Proving sounds like: “I inherited a project that was already behind schedule, rebuilt the delivery plan, created a weekly risk escalation process and got the team to go-live on the revised date.” Now the interviewer has evidence. So here’s what I did with Claude: I pasted the job description and my resume and prompted: “For each major requirement in this job description, identify what the interviewer will need me to prove. Then find the strongest evidence from my experience that demonstrates it. Flag anything I’m claiming without enough evidence.” Then I built my interview stories around those proof points. That meant I stopped trying to sound impressive. Every answer had a job: Claim → Evidence → Result → Relevance “I’m good at X” became: Here’s where I did X. Here’s what I specifically did. Here’s what changed because of it. Here’s why that matters for this role. That’s the difference. Performing asks the interviewer to believe you. Proving gives them a reason to. #joboffers #jobsearch #interviewquestions #interview

Transplant note
Nothing here is country-specific — no visa law, no salary bands, no US job boards. The performing/proving split and the Claim → Evidence → Result → Relevance formula transfer directly, and land harder for an internationally-trained candidate whose overseas achievements get discounted: the fix is naming the evidence, not the adjective. Would add an Australian layer — behavioural/STAR-heavy Australian interview panels and the 'no local experience' objection as the specific doubt the evidence has to kill.
Brand fit note
Structurally this is close to house style: a distinction nobody else draws (performing vs proving) is adjacent to subdivision teaching, and there is a genuine mechanism, not encouragement — the prompt and the four-beat answer formula. Two fixes required. First, '4 job offers in less than 6 weeks' is an unverified outcome number and cannot ship on Ark's account; replace with proof-bank figures (70+ verified placements, $5M+ in offers) or Arka's green-tier 23 offers. Second, it is Australian-market-neutral as written — a US coach could publish it unchanged — so it needs the local-experience objection built in as the doubt the evidence is proving against. No Never-ships tripped: the advice is to state true achievements in a commercially compelling order, not to fabricate.
