Should you bring notes into your interview? How will the interviewer react? The answer is YES! Interviewers see this as being thoughtful & prepared. People get confused when I say “have notes out.” They think it’s script of how to answer the top interview questions. Nope, that’s not it. The notes are focused on the research you did on company & the opportunity. And then you add to the notes as you learn more crucial information DURING the interview. When you reference these notes quickly during the interview it makes you look highly prepared. Have you ever brought notes into a job interview?
