What just popped up on our LinkedIn profiles? It’s called Connected Apps. Where LinkedIn integrates with these applications, and then it proves that you’re working on them. It proves that you’re building skills on them, so the companies can verify that you’re telling the truth. For some professions, this will make a lot more sense than others. And overall this signals the movement towards companies wanting more verification that candidates have the skills. Such as, have you noticed that there are more skill assessments and presentations now as part of the interview process? It’s happening a lot! As a job seeker, do you like this feature?
