For 6+ months last year, I thought I just wasn’t doing enough. More applications. More late nights on job portals. More “we will get back to you” emails that never came. I kept telling myself the next 20 applications would be the ones. They weren’t. What I didn’t see was that I wasn’t short on effort. I was short on a strategy.
