Salary Expectations HR Tips: I wish more candidates knew 👇 • Don’t be the first to quote a number , ask for the budgeted range first. • Never reveal your minimum acceptable salary. • Don’t negotiate based on personal expenses, negotiate your value. • Don’t say “anything as per company standards.” • Negotiate the complete package, not just CTC. • Once you state your expectation, stop talking.
