Save this before your next interview. Part 1 - 10 of the hardest interview questions, and the answers that actually work. 1. "Tell me about yourself." Skip the full history. Give them one clear line about what you do and what you're known for, then connect it straight to why this specific role makes sense as your next move. 2. "What's your greatest weakness?" Pick something real, not central to this role, and show what you're actively doing about it. "I tend to take on too much rather than delegate early. I've gotten better by building delegation checkpoints into my plans from the start." 3. "Why should we choose you over other candidates?" Stay focused entirely on you, no comparison needed. "I can't speak to who else you're considering, but here's exactly what I bring, a track record of catching problems early and fixing them before they cost the team time." 4. "Tell me about a time you failed." Keep the failure itself brief, and spend most of the answer on what changed afterward. "I missed a deadline early in my career because I didn't flag a project was off track soon enough. Since then, I build in a check-in at the halfway point on everything I own." 5. "Where do you see yourself in five years?" Connect your growth to theirs. "I want to be somewhere I can go deep, not just move up, and everything I've learned about this team tells me there's real room to grow here." Part 2 coming with the next five. Which of these is hardest for you? π #creatorsearchinsights #secretlanguageofhiring #jobsearch #careertok #interviewhomeless
