You don’t become the 2.0 version of yourself by just wanting to be her. You have to define her first. Here’s the exercise I used: 1️⃣ Visualize her. Picture the version of you who is already living the life you want. How does she feel? How does she show up? What does an ordinary Tuesday look like for her? 2️⃣ Document EVERYTHING about her. What time does she wake up? What’s her morning routine? How does she dress? What does she eat? How does she move her body? What are her hobbies? What does her career look like? How does she spend time with her family? What are her friendships like? How does she handle money, stress, boundaries and her time? Get incredibly specific. 3️⃣ Now document your life TODAY. Same categories. Same questions. Not with judgment—just honesty. 4️⃣ Identify the gaps. Because somewhere between your current reality and your 2.0 life are a handful of habits, choices, boundaries and systems that need to change. And THAT is where the transformation actually starts. You don’t have to completely reinvent your life tomorrow. You just need to start closing the gaps between who you are today and the person you’re becoming. ✨ Let me know in the comments if you want a Part 2 where I show you what to do with the gaps once you identify them. #PersonalGrowth #FutureSelf #LevelUpYourLife #IntentionalLiving #SelfDevelopment
