I always get asked, “How do I tailor my resume for a job I want to apply to”? My answer usually varies depending on how serious you are about the job you want. If it’s a lower priority application and your resume is already a strong match, don’t spend too much time adjusting things. If it’s a strong fit role and you need to clearly position your transferrable skills/experience, this one may take a little longer and more attention. And if you found your DREAM job, it’s probably worth a full resume audit and rebuild to really put your best foot forward!
