Part 2. The last five of the hardest interview questions, and the answers that actually work. 6. "Describe a conflict with a coworker." Focus on what you did, not what they did wrong. "I asked for a direct conversation about how we could work better together. It wasn't comfortable, but it resolved the tension." 7. "Why are you leaving your current role?" Lead with where you're headed, not what you're escaping. "I've learned a tremendous amount and I'm proud of what I built there. What I'm looking for now is an environment where I can take on work at a larger scale." 8. "How do you handle pressure or tight deadlines?" Name the system, not the feeling. "When priorities compete I identify what genuinely has to move and I communicate early rather than late. Most deadline problems are communication problems that showed up too late to fix." 9. "Why do you want to work here?" Show them your skills already line up with what they need solved. "I know your team is working through X right now. That's exactly the kind of problem I've spent my career solving, and here's the impact I've had doing it before." 10. "What questions do you have for us?" Ask something that could only come from someone who actually prepared. "What would it look like for someone to exceed your expectations in the first 90 days, not just meet them?" Save both parts before your next interview. Which one would you have gotten wrong? π #creatorsearchinsights #secretlanguageofhiring #jobsearch #careertok #recruitertruth
