Say this when it's time to quit your job, but you don't want your boss to be mad at you. Dear boss, it is with mixed emotions that I reach out to let you know that I have accepted another position and I will be leaving the team. I wanna thank you very much for the great experiences that I've had here. Your leadership and the culture you built on this team allowed me to grow into the professional I am today.
