Hot take: I think a PMP certification can be more valuable than a master’s degree. 👀 A PMP is: ✨ Recognized across industries ✨ Directly applicable to the work ✨ Significantly less expensive than most graduate degrees ✨ A strong signal that you understand how to lead complex work, manage stakeholders, mitigate risk, and actually get things DONE And after years of talking about the value of skills, experience, and strategic credentials… I’m taking my own advice. 😂 I’ll be getting my PMP this fall 📚 with the Project Management Institute Because career development doesn’t always have to mean another degree. Sometimes the smartest next step is the credential that gives you the skills—and credibility—you actually need for where you’re going.
