In an interview if you can’t articulate the value you bring to the role and can’t really see how you connect to the problem the company is trying to solve; it would be very hard to get a job! So next time a Hiring Manager asks you this question “What Value do you bring to this role”.. it should not be a question that caught you unaware because whether they ask or not; if you don’t have an answer to how you add value to a company; you have no business attending an interview with them #interview #jobs
