My last 4 job offers I received were from companies who found me on LinkedIn. Being sourced from LinkedIn is the # 1 way my clients land interviews, with many reporting 50%+ of their interviews coming from LinkedIn. That’s because Applicant Tracking Systems are overloaded right now. So for skilled roles, many companies use LinkedIn’s search features to hand-select the people with the right skillsets. This backed by data: Glassdoor reported that the proportion of recruiter-sourced candidates increased 72% since 2023. LinkedIn reported that users who post weekly get 4x more profile views than the average user. What’s important here is not simply being on the platform. You’re already on LinkedIn.
