Save this for your next job search + follow for more nursing jobs you probably didn’t know existed. #nurse #nursing #nurselife #wfh #remotenurse
Transcript
If you're a nurse trying to leave the bedside, stop limiting your search to hospitals and insurance companies. These five companies hire nurses for some really interesting non bedside roles. Included health hires nurses for virtual care and care navigation roles, helping patients navigate health care without working bedside. Sort Health is a digital health care company and nurses can pop up in clinical operations and virtual patient support roles. Maven is a virtual women's and family health company. Look for care advocacy, navigation, and clinical support positions. Cohere Health hires nurses to review medical necessity and prior authorization requests. This is a great search if you want something very different from traditional nursing. Hince Health is another digital health company where nurses can find non traditional clinical and care management roles. And this is exactly why I tell nurses not to just search for remote R N. There are so many different job titles that you will completely miss. Follow me. I find these jobs so you don't have to.

Transplant note
The structure is highly transplantable and maps onto Ark's subdivision teaching: the payoff line — 'don't just search for remote RN, there are so many different job titles you will completely miss' — is the same move as 'what kind of data analyst?'. What must change: all five companies (Included Health, Sort Health, Maven, Cohere Health, Hinge Health) are US digital-health employers with no Australian hiring footprint, and 'prior authorization' and 'utilization review' are US insurance functions that don't exist here. Rebuild as five overlooked Melbourne/Sydney employer categories plus the five job titles a migrant with an offshore degree is not searching for.
