1️⃣ RECRUITER: Make your fit easy to explain. Prepare a 30–60-second introduction using: Present → Match → Move What do you do now? Which experience matches this role? Why does this move make sense? ✅ Highlight your 2 strongest matches to the job description. Have clear answers on salary expectations, availability and location. 2️⃣ HIRING MANAGER: Show how you handle the work. Prepare 3 relevant achievements using: Problem → Decision → Action → Result What needed fixing? What did you decide—and why? What did YOU do? What changed? ✅ Practise explaining your reasoning, not just listing tasks. Replace vague “we” statements with your specific contribution while acknowledging the team. 3️⃣ PANEL: Check who’s in the room. A technical panel and a panel of future colleagues may assess different things. For collaboration questions, use: Shared goal → Competing priorities → Your approach → Outcome ✅ Review each interviewer’s role. Prepare evidence of how you worked across teams, handled disagreement and reached decisions—not just how you “got along.” 4️⃣ EXECUTIVES: Connect your work to business priorities. Prepare using: Priority → Judgment → Impact → Relevance What goal mattered? What trade-off did you make? What was the impact? Why is that relevant to this role? ✅ Take your strongest achievement and explain why it mattered beyond completing the task: cost, revenue, risk, service or delivery. Lead with the point, then support it. Before your interview, write down: → Who am I meeting? → What are they likely assessing? → Which achievement gives them credible evidence? These frameworks organise your answers. Always respond to the actual question. Save this for your next round and follow for practical interview strategies to get hired.
