Job interview tips from a recruiter who made hiring decisions for 20+ years. Walk into your next interview knowing they already think you're qualified. Most people prepare for job interviews by memorizing their resume. That's not what gets you hired. I coach professionals on exactly what hiring managers are evaluating and how to walk into any interview as the obvious choice. I help professionals land the job, get the promotion, and show up like the leader they already are. #interview #interviewtips #careercoach #careertok #learnitontiktok

recruiter truth if you have landed an interview I want you to flip the script that is likely playing through your head right now and that is your resume has already signaled to at least a recruiter if not a hiring manager that you were qualified to do the job at hand who am I 20+ year recruiting leader I've created a business helping people craft their stories for what comes next everybody gets really nervous about interviews and I get it for a lot of people there is a lot writing on an interview right now but I want you to walk in knowing with confidence you've already signaled I can do this now your interview is about doubling down on that and confirming to a recruiter and or hiring manager that you have the skills you've got all the right stories that can qualify or quantify the fact that you can do the job and you need to be able to share what value you bring to that organization that's all they're looking for in this first call to be able to move you forward so walk in knowing that you've already signaled all of the right things and now you've got to be able to double down on them with the stories that you're gonna tell drop into the comments any questions you have and certainly good luck out there

Transplant note
Australian account already, and the core inversion — 'your resume already signalled you're qualified, the interview is about confirming value' — transfers directly to an internationally-trained reader whose default fear is that they're being re-screened for competence. Nothing country-specific in it: no visa, no US salary bands, no US job boards. What needs adding for Ark's reader is the local-experience objection, which is the actual thing an overseas-trained candidate is being screened on in an Australian first-round call.
Brand fit note
The opening move is a genuine contrarian inversion, which the voice doc says to lead with — that part is usable. Everything after it is generic-career-coach filler: 'walk in with confidence', 'share what value you bring', 'good luck out there' would all survive being said by any LinkedIn coach, which the doc says to cut on sight. There is no mechanism — it never says what a story that quantifies value actually sounds like — and no number except the speaker's own '20+ years' credential, failing the 'is there at least one number' check. The self-introduction ('who am I') violates 'open cold'. To ship: keep the inversion, delete the bio, replace the pep-talk half with subdivision teaching on what the hiring manager is actually testing in round one, and add Australian salary or placement figures from the proof bank.
