You have 60 minutes. Here’s how to use them: ✅ 10 minutes: Open the job description. Identify the TOP 3 things they need you to do. Match each to experience you already have. ✅ 15 minutes: Prepare 3 examples: delivering a result, solving a problem, and handling a difficult situation. Write bullet points: what happened → what YOU did → what changed. ✅ 10 minutes: Practise “Tell me about yourself” OUT LOUD. Cover what you do, your relevant experience, one result, and why this role makes sense. Aim for 60 seconds. ✅ 10 minutes: Read the company’s About page. Prepare a specific reason you want the role and 2 questions: “What would success look like in the first 90 days?” “What’s the biggest challenge I’d be stepping into?” ✅ 5 minutes: Create a cue sheet with your 3 example titles and key results. If you go blank, say: “Let me take a moment to choose the most relevant example.” ✅ Final 10 minutes: Check your microphone, camera and interview link. Get water, silence notifications, and join 3–5 minutes early. In-person interview? Protect your travel time first and shorten the prep. You don’t need 50 memorised answers. Give them clear evidence that you can do the job. Save this for your next interview and follow @adaemma for practical interview prep. #jobinterview #interviewtipsandtricks #interview

AU transplant
yes
Transplant note
The shape transplants cleanly: a countdown-to-interview time budget with minute allocations. Nothing in it is country-specific — the job description, STAR-style examples, 'Tell me about yourself', the About page, and the mic/camera check all apply in Australia. To make it Ark's, the blocks need Australian specificity: how Australian panels weight behavioural questions, how to handle 'but you have no local experience' inside the 15-minute example block, and Australian salary bands if money comes up.
Brand fit note
The numbers are there (10/15/10/10/5/10 minutes, 3 examples, 60 seconds, first 90 days), which satisfies the cost-accounting check, and it opens cold with a claim. But almost every line could be published unchanged by a generic career coach — 'Read the company's About page', 'get water, silence notifications' — which the doc says to cut on sight. There is no contrarian inversion, no subdivision teaching, and zero Australian specificity, so it fails 'Generic career advice with no Australian specificity'. Usable only if rebuilt around a mechanism Ark actually sells: e.g. subdividing the 15-minute block by which objection the Australian interviewer is really testing (local experience, overseas degree, communication). Also drop the 'follow @adaemma' CTA shape; keep it as a save-and-use instruction.
