Most people treat a job search like one problem. It isn’t. I’ve watched candidates rewrite the same resume five times when their resume was never the issue — they were aiming at the wrong roles. I’ve watched people who were getting interviews keep tweaking their CV, when the thing that needed work was happening in the room. You can spend six months fixing something that was never broken. That’s the part nobody warns you about. #jobsearch #australiajobs #careeradvice #fyp #linkedintips
