I’ve gotten jobs for 1,000s of clients. 99% of them have 2-page resumes. 1 pagers are for students and that’s it. #resume #jobsearch #career
Transcript
One-page resumes are dead, so if you want to get hired, here's what you put in your two-page resume. First, your experience shouldn't start until about halfway down page one. Ahead of that, we need professional title, a super braggy professional summary, and an ATS-focused keyword section. We also need plenty of white space so the reader and the ATS can digest the information properly. You need six to twelve bullet points for your recent jobs. You can kind of scale back after that. Your bullet points should usually be two to three lines long, and they should tell stories of what you did, how you did it, and what you achieved. Also, before your bullet points, don't sleep on these job overviews. They provide essential context for each role. You're also going to have sections like education, certifications, technical skills, and of course, make sure it's an ATS-friendly resume template, which you can find in my bio.

Transplant note
Already an Australian account and the two-page convention is the Australian norm, so the claim survives intact. What would need adding is the internationally-trained angle: how to order overseas roles, how to write the job-overview line so an Australian reader understands an unfamiliar foreign employer, and which keywords Australian recruiters actually screen on. No US-specific claims (no salary bands, no visa law) to strip out.
Brand fit note
The cold open and the contrarian inversion ('one-page resumes are dead') are exactly the voice doc's pattern 1, and the counts (6-12 bullets, 2-3 lines) give it the numbers the voice demands. But the substance is generic resume-coach filler a US coach could publish unchanged, which the relevance test rejects outright, and the whole thing ends in a funnel to the creator's own template product. To ship it Ark would need the subdivision move (which sections matter for which sub-role) and the local-experience objection, not 'super braggy professional summary'. No Never-ships trips.
