Replying to @BamaRoci Can new grad RNs work remotely? Technically, yes. Some remote roles—like Utilization Review—don’t always require years of bedside experience. But here’s the reality: these jobs are incredibly competitive, and you’ll often be competing against nurses with years of clinical and remote experience. That doesn’t mean it’s impossible. It just means you’ll need a strong resume, transferable skills, and realistic expectations. If remote nursing is your goal, it may take time to land that first opportunity. Don’t let that discourage you—build your experience, keep applying, and be strategic. Your first nursing job doesn’t have to be your forever job. 💙 #wfh #nurse #nursing #nurselife #rn
