Audit these 5 moments after your next interview: 1. Your opening/TMAY: Could they explain your value and why you fit the role after hearing it once? 2. Your first behavioural answer: Did you clearly show what you did, why you did it, and what changed because of it? 3. Your weakest answer: Which question made you ramble, go vague, or struggle with a follow-up? Rewrite that answer first. 4. The questions you asked: Did they reveal how you think about the role—or were they questions anyone could have Googled? 5. Your closing: Did you connect your experience back to their biggest need, or just say “Thanks for your time”? After every interview, score each one 1–5. Anything below 4 becomes your prep for the next interview. Don’t just “practice interviewing.” Find where you’re losing the offer and fix that specific moment.
