Let me walk you through how to fix this - it’s simple! 👉 We want to start by showing that your loyalty with the company is an asset to another company. It shows that you are experienced, trustworthy and adaptable to change and growth. Most times, staying with one employer for 20+ years also means you’ve grown too. We want to show our promotions, increased responsibilities, project leadership etc. And as always we want to highlight numbers and successes to really showcase the RESULTS we brought during the tenure.
