i have so much new advice now 😂 anything you’d add? You got this 👏 #pregnancy #postpartum #maternityleave — Easing back into work as my maternity leave slowly & gently comes to a close ✨ thank you to everyone who’s been so kind to me over the past couple of months. This is the best community ever!
Transcript
Best advice for getting pregnant? Acupuncture. Best advice for first trimester? Find a food that you like. It's okay to eat that for three meals a day, even if it's Coca-Cola and Eggo waffles. Best advice for inducing labor? Pumping. I pumped and immediately went into labor. Also spicy Chinese food. Best advice for labor? Bring a speaker and play music you love. Best part about labor? The epidural. Also when they put the baby on your chest, but also the epidural. Worst part about labor? The catheter. No one told me about the catheter. But the most painful part was getting the epidural tape taken off. No one told me about that either. Most underrated item in your hospital bag? Peppermint essential oils. Helps with the nausea. Most used item in your hospital bag? Probably the Lola blanket. Advice for postpartum? Do less. Advice for nursing? If you're breastfeeding, lactation cookies and silverettes. And if you're pumping, take the lanolin wax stuff and put it on the girls. Before you put the pumps on, just trust me on that. Best advice for newborn stage? Get the baby Bjorn.

Transplant note
The topic does not transplant at all — it is off-category for a talent accelerator. What does transplant is the FORMAT: twelve self-posed questions answered in under five words each, ordered chronologically through a single experience, with 'no one told me about the catheter' as the recurring emotional beat. Rebuild the container as 'best advice for your first 30 days in corporate Australia' or 'best advice for your first Australian interview loop' — same rapid-fire Q&A, same 'nobody told me' beat. No US-specific claims to strip; healthcare specifics (epidural, hospital bag) are the only thing that would shift, and they're being cut anyway.
Brand fit note
Off-business: Pregnancy and postpartum content is unrelated to career transition from survival jobs to corporate roles. Not our subject.
