Most people miss out on real opportunities because their LinkedIn headline is not clear. You might be focused on messaging recruiters. But the stronger strategy is making them come to you. A sharp headline does that. It shows what you do and who you help in a few words. Stop writing: 🚫Open to new opportunities 🚫Your education (although it is not a bad thing to include, it does not attract new opportunities) 🚫Adjectives to describe yourself Here’s an example of a weak headline: Open to New Opportunities in Creative & People-Facing Roles | Passionate, Driven Professional Instead write: ✅ Keywords of roles you’re targeting ✅ The industry you’re targeting ✅Share something you’ve done that shows you’re a high achiever Here’s an example: Human Resources & Recruiting in the Technology Industry | Written 100+ Blog Posts on HR Topics For a full list of updates to make to your LinkedIn profile, check out my free LinkedIn Profile Checklist. It’s linked in my bio! Have you updated your headline recently? LINK —> https://madelinemann.ck.page/7ea1ec96aa
