I laugh now that I am in my 40s. Full disclosure: I didn't sit down doing nothing "waiting to discover my passion" until I was 36. I've worked every waking hour of the last 20+ years - often juggling a full-time job with some kind of side gig. Through it all, I took small steps of faith until I got what I wanted.
