What would you say is your greatest weakness? Well, I would say my greatest weakness is that I have a hard time asking for help. I tend to try to figure things out myself when I get discouraged when I have to ask someone else what I'm supposed to be doing, but I've been trying to improve my communication skills and learn when the right time to loop a team member into the problem is before it becomes a real roadblock. Wow, I'm honestly surprised you didn't say something like I work too hard or something generic like that. Yeah, well, thank you. I've actually had a lot of time to prep my answers since applying only took me like 20 minutes. You had a pretty solid resume and cover letter for only 20 minutes of applying. To be completely honest with you, I did use AI to apply. There's an app called Sprout and you're able to swipe to apply to jobs with a tailored cover letter and resume. All the experience that you saw is 100% mine, but I did have some help refining it to your job listing. You know, I can appreciate the problem solving ability.
